Comfortable stay with great views
I loved the spacious room with a beautiful city view that made my stay feel special. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even letting me purchase milk late at night when I needed it for my daughter. However, I did find the Wi-Fi connection to be quite weak throughout my stay, which was frustrating.

i was really looking forward to a lovely stay, but the internet was almost non-existent, and i had to run downstairs to order food since no one would answer my calls. with my expectations, i thought maybe a complimentary gesture would be offered, but alas, no such luck here. almost positive, but just couldn’t.

Just spent 3 nights in a cozy One Bedroom City View room. Loved the spacious design and fresh breakfast options! The staff, especially Alparslan, were super helpful, but the gym could definitely use some upgrades. Overall, a pretty enjoyable stay in Istanbul!

Unpleasant odors in the room could be addressed!!! Worn-out furniture and inconsistent maintenance detract from the overall experience, along with sticky floors that are quite off-putting!!! Internet connectivity issues also need urgent attention!!!

Solo traveler finding comfort
The room was spacious and the view was incredible. I had to call for extra towels and they delivered them promptly without much fuss.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The room was spacious and had a lovely kitchenette, making it convenient for our family needs. Enjoyed the city views, and the location was acceptable for getting around. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the staff could improve their communication skills, which led to a few frustrating moments.
